The Last Year of Lease communication stream is a series of emails that are designed to excite, inform, and reward BMW drivers for their loyalty. The first email drives to a short video that creates excitement by highlighting the future of performance.
BMW Canada - New Owner Onboarding
BMW Canada wanted to create a series of emails that would help welcome new owners to the brand while keeping them excited, engaged and informed about their new vehicle. This email series would help educate new owners by providing them information on things such as the My BMW App, the Driver’s Guide and BMW Service and Maintenance, helping them towards getting the best experience out of their new BMW. The emails are be tailored to your specific type of vehicle, whether it be and EV, M, or a core vehicle. The first email drives out to a short welcome video based on your type of vehicle.
