“Inspirations”

LifeScan was introducing their OneTouch UltraMini system which would allow people living with Type 1 Diabetes to easily check their blood glucose levels wherever they went. But they wanted to do so much more. They wanted to inspire people with Type 1 Diabetes to do anything they wanted to do. They didn’t want anyone to let diabetes hold them back. So we found some truly inspirational people to help us spread that message. To launch the campaign, we took the our message to the top of the world, literally, and followed Sébastien Sasseville as he became the first Canadian with Type 1 Diabetes to climb Mount Everest.

Inspirations 2

Not everyone is going to climb Mount Everest. For phase 2 of the Inspirations Campaign, we found inspiration a little more down to earth and focused on people like Constable Charles-Denis Jones who do great things in their daily life.
